Diffused Glass (Non-Reflective Glass)
During September, all customers have the option to select diffused glazing for their frames
for the same price as ordinary glass.
Diffused glass helps reduce the reflection caused by artificial lighting or natural light entering a room through windows and doors and is particularly effective when used in picture frames housing photographs and art prints.
The diffused picture framing glass we use is acid etched on one side to give a non glare, diffused finish. Please note that it is not suitable for deep box framing or multi layered mounts over 3mm in depth.
We will be delighted to show you examples of framing incorporating diffused glass if you call into the workshop. You will be able to judge the difference for yourself.
